    This Gigondas Saint Catherine of the Signature Range of Gabriel Meffre expresses both the know-how of creator of wines of the Rhone Valley and the richness of the terroirs and grape varieties from which it comes.
    Its robe is purple and sustained with light purple reflections, with a nice range of compote fruits and spices.
    Its mouth is seduced by its structured and spicy typicity.
    The manual harvesting is carried out at optimum maturity, the winemaking is done in separate grape varieties to develop the characteristics of each one. Maceration lasts about 3 weeks for optimal extraction of aromas and fruit. Temperature control is between 28 and 31 ° C maximum. Racking and malolactic fermentation partially in barrels (about 35%). Aging in tanks and barrels for at least 12 months before bottling.
