    The Corbières Haut Gléon is very elegant, it is agreeable with a rib of beef with the embers, a duck, a game bird, a square of lamb with thyme and cheeses like the livarot or the maroille. Although it can be drunk quickly, it keeps between 4 and 8 years.
    The deep ruby color offers a complex wine, with scents of red fruits and sweet spices. On the palate, this Château Haut-Gléon is balanced in freshness, with velvety tannins. The finish has a strong aromatic persistence.
    This Corbières is a mixture of Syrah (30%), Grenache (40%) and Carignan Vieilles Vignes (30%), originating from clay and limestone soil. The yield per hectare is 30 hl.
    The three grape varieties are bred separately in 228-liter oak barrels for 12 months. Final assembly is carried out one month before bottling.
